Thanks to everybody who commented yesterday. I didn't realize it was that comment-worthy, but I'm glad that you all took the time comment, I really appreciated it. I'm going to start getting back to you.
I forget how soothing playing the piano is. I'm always in a better mood coming out of the piano practice rooms, no matter what kind of mood I was in to begin with, and usually come out singing or humming whatever I was playing. I got stared at today because there was this huge congregation of music majors in there, but meh. I don't care. They're music majors, not like they never walk around humming or singing.
Agenda:
- Finish setting up

- Clean up Hidden Deceptions

Well, anyway, I'm on my way out, just did a quick drop by. I'm actually going to University Forum today, I'm so proud of myself! I go what? Once a semester? Well, I'm going today because our guest speaker is Ken Burns! If you don't know who Ken Burns, you need to watch one of his documentaries. I'm not a docu watcher, but man...his stuff is amazing! My favorite is his 8-parter on the Civil War. AMAZING! lol, last time I actually physically went to devotional/forum was for David McCullough last year. Bad me! I've watched a few on TV since then...(I watched Pres. Hinckley...and I'm sure somebody else...the Prophet's good, right?). Anyway, he's talking about his new WWII documentary coming out this war. Totally awesome!
Well, I think that's it. Later guys!

What Be Your Nerd Type? Your Result: Drama Nerd You sure do love the spotlight and probably have a very out-going and loud personality. Or not. That's just a stereotype, of course. Participation in the theatre is something to be very proud of. Whether you have a great voice for musicals, or astounding skills for dramas/comedies; keep up the good work. We need more entertainment these days that isn't television and video games (not that these things are bad, necessarily.) | |

Date: 2007-03-27 08:29 pm (UTC)Yep, I've been playing since I was 9. Had lessons most of that time...two year break in high school and three year break in college, but I missed them, and I really like my teacher these days. I love the piano so much!
