My current feelings are expressed well in a Divine Comedy skit from last year. "Bah! is a completely sentence. B is the subject and ah is the verb." It makes no sense, but man, that's how I feel right about now, that all your feelings and everything about them can be expressed in a single word that really had no meaning to begin with.

I was awake til 4:30, maybe even later, talking to Kendra, trying to help her sleep. Her alarm went off at 5:45. I don't know if I really did sleep before then or not. I did at least get myself 3 hours by skipping Hebrew. Well...sort of 3 hours. Closer to 2 and a half. Bad day.

Spring is in the air! I know, it's February 5th, but really! I mean, it's 34 degrees outside! That's two degrees above freezing! Dude! It really did just feel springy today.

Man...stationary is not a good idea right now.

It's gonna be a long day. Have a paper to write before 3, stuff to read for that class, then class, then pay rent, then clean apt, then find the brain power to do my Hebrew translations (ha...ha...ha...), then FHE in our apt tonight. Bah, I tell you! Bah!

Lastly, I have welcomings to make! First, welcome to ladymirth who shares many of my obsessions and called me on my exaggeration last week with DH, welcome welcome! Also, welcome to potterfriendz and gmurray122. Potterfriendz added me after seeing some graphics and gmurray122 is a Superman fan, also been keeping me up to date on the sadness of Barbaro. I was rooting for that horse! Also, welcome to admiral_sab, fellow L&C fan who recognized me from R/Hr obsessiveness. Yay for us! Oh yes, and lastly welcome to luprand, one of my fellow writing group buddies with gab and tibek and fault. yay!

Happy January 1st to my F-lish! I hope your festivities last night were fun and for all of you hard partyers I hope your hangovers are as painless as possible. I spent the night watching GSN. Why? Well, I don't get GSN at my apartment and I felt like crap. And my usual party group isn't in town :( Sadness. But! Best of wishes to all of you for the new year!

As for my 'resolutions' I should find a new Hanford, I would love to put that many computers in my savings account, the Disney statement...will never happen bwahahaha, I see ten Muggles on a daily basis, I can totally lose that many video games by March, and it's a little difficult to take my rant journal's writings, wouldn't you agree? Anyway, fun stuff.

Well, as for new year's resolutions, if you guys remember, I posted it a couple of weeks ago. To sum it up, I want to be more positive, assertive, and realistic about my outlook on the world. It's there in greater detail if you care to read it.

Along with that I've got another resolution: get to know my f-list better! First of all, I'd like to welcome snitchkeeper who recently added me and has already commented on one of my posts. Welcome welcome! To the other 48 of you who have me friended, I just need to pay more attention and get to know you all better! So hopefully you'll all be open to that, which I'm assuming you will be if you added me for one reason or another.

Finally, one last thing. REQUESTS! Now, understand how my requests work. You give them to me as suggestions, then I decide if I want to do them or not. Graphics, fics, whatever you friended me for, if you want to see more of something, TELL ME! Just comment to this post with what you'd like to see and if I feel so inclined, it'll be added to my list of things to expect for the next year:

• Increase in Superman icons and fan fiction.
  
• More OotP stuff, especially as the film moves closer and closer.
  
• Text icons. I love them, but I'm not very good at them.
  
• Original fiction. I'm not very good at posting it, even though I write a great deal more of that than fanfic these days.
  
• Other movie icons. I've focused too much on HP, and I nearly burned myself on Photoshop. Suggestions or requests would be wonderful.
  
• More Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. They've been painfully neglected.
  
• More banners. They're sometimes more fun and you guys seem to really like them.
  

So please, don't be afraid to throw out suggestions. I welcome them!
