Well, the internet came back around our house, at least for a little while. I was stunned to see it. We're installing internet for reals on June 13th. It's fiberoptic, so here's hoping to no glitches.

Alright, as I'm sure I ranted not too long ago, stupid/ignorant people are the #1 thing that piss me off. #2 are people that take great joy in making fun of me for being a Mac user. I am a Mac user by choice for graphics, video, and it's my native system. I know Windows every bit as well as I know Mac OS X. I chose, if you're too juvenile to think it's a fun game to make fun of me for my choice, get out of my face. Do not sit there and laugh at me for playing Galactic Battlegrounds because my computer's too old to run Empire At War. Do not sit there and laugh at me for choosing a Mac. I get VERY angry. Ugh, I can't even describe to you how angry I am! This happened over an hour ago and I'm still shaking with rage.

Do-not-mess-with-my-computer. I know why some people don't like Macs, I understand that PCs are better for lots of people. I will never mock anyone for owning a PC...unless they think it's the superior video editing platform.

I had a good memorial day. Went down to Moroni and Wales and visited the Great-Grandparents graves and Great-Great-Grandparents graves. I haven't been down in Sanpete County for quite a while. Mary-Anne had already been down to put flowers on the graves, so they were decorated up nicely. Wales still has the grand population of 225 people, and still only has a general store/post office. Oh yes, can't forget the chapel. It wasn't part of the plan, but Sasha's roommate Becca needed to go to Moroni for an interview for a teacher of hers and there's nothing to do in Moroni either (population 1300) so I asked if we could drive the whole 8 miles over to Wales while we waited for Becca. I know it made Grandma's day for me to go over there.

The other Grandma (this one being the Utah Grandma) is not doing so hot. She's got blood clots in her legs and lower back. The doctor told her she'd be okay at home, but that meant 24/7 care from the family. My extended family, being the usual group, decided not to call my Mom about this until Saturday. This has apparently been a problem since early last week. So kind of them to not call the oldest daughter until five days later. They still aren't telling Mom anything, which pretty much irritates me. They won't tell Mom anything and won't take advantage of the fact that I offered to help. Just because I don't have a car doesn't mean I can't help take care of Grandma. I am more than willing, I just can't spend the night. Aunt Mary wants to hospitalize her today, so we'll see.

I'm going to go play my game now, because even though my computer's out-dated, it still runs damn fine, not matter what anybody else tells me.
