On the Mend
Jan. 3rd, 2007 09:23 pmI was feeling pretty good until I got online...oh well, life happens.
I'm on the mend, though. My voice isn't totally back, but the coughing gone down, my appetite's back, and I think I'll be able to sleep before 3:30 tonight. Last night was just not cool. However, once I finally got to sleep, my throat healed considerably. Why can't I get a normal cold where my nose drips and drips? Why must it act like a throat infection?
In way of others news...there isn't much. I return to Mormonville in a day and a half, with any luck 100% healthy. A dry throat here turns into a dryer throat there.
Heard from Kat! Crazy, huh? I haven't heard from her in nearly two years and BOOM! the old roommate appears. Seems to be doing well. Been married since May and is expecting her first baby in March, plans to move back to Utah in another year or so (this is mainly for Gab and Tibek's benefit, in case you guys are curious).
Looks like I'll be leaving town after spending time with one friend. Well, I saw Lee-Ann on the flight, but that doesn't quite count. Robert's the only one that wanted to see me. Meh, whatever. We had a good time, just hope I didn't get him sick.

12days_of_clois. My first themed contest fic. I'm pretty excited, actually. And we'll see if I can write Clois fiction since my HP fiction has been drifting off lately.
