Dec. 8th, 2005 08:53 pm1. What did you want to be when you grew up? You're supposed to grow up? Well, let's see...it changed quite often, although the longest standing was Mineralogist or Visual Effects Animator.
2. Did you follow through? If not, what happened? Well, nowadays it's creative writer/screenplay writer, but I don't consider too far off of where I wanted to be. I love to write and just want to work on movies. I've decided that a better route for me to get there is by writing my way and not animating. You have to be able to draw on paper and that I cannot do.
3. Is your life turning out the way you thought it would when you were a kid?If not, is it better or worse? At this point, pretty much. I've wanted to go to BYU for a really long time, so the fact that I'm here is completely in line with it. If by 'little kid' we're talking elementary school, that mini-me would have never thought I'd be an English Major. Nope, never.
4. Paradoxes aside, if you could time-travel back to when you were 10 years old, what would you tell your 10-year-old self? To get some fashion tastes? lol, let's see, what grade was I in? 5th I guess. I would have told her to shoot for Valedictorian more (even though I got it, my GPA was 4.16 rather than the 4.18 of the other two) than she did and not to try out for Honor Bells until Mrs. Marshall was gone. I would also probably tell her that the drama around "Follow That Rabbit" wasn't worth it and not to try out for Alice (as much as I loved doing it).
5. Do you think the child you were, would like the adult you've become? So far, yeah. I haven't met a little kid that hated me. Well, except some of my cousins, but they're just jealous that I grew up in California and they grew up in Utah *giggles at them*
