Gah, class scheduling
Okay, I register for next fall in two weeks, and normally I enjoy this process, I find it thoroughly entertaining. This time...I want to shoot something!
First thing I look at: Hebrew. 331 at 2 Monday-Thursday. okay.
Second thing I do: Senior Capstone. Tolkien and Friend from Text to Film. 1:30-3 TTh
I pull my hair out. I WANT WANT WANT WANT THAT CLASS!
Third: What else is Walker teaching? 376 (British Lit 1890-1950). Okay, cool. 9:30-11 TTh
Fourth: Ancient Near Eastern History. Hist 238. 9:30-11 TTh
NO!!! Both of Walker's classes out. The senior capstone I want out. I love my minor, but I'm really hating it at the moment.
Fifth: Writing Fiction. 318 1-2 MWF. Doing it no matter what.
Since then, I have looked at 6 other class possiblities. Between Rate My Professors telling me NO DON'T! and my three locked classes, I am still sitting here with only three classes. What the crap?! It's so irritating. Not even stupid Bio 100 works in my schedule well! I'm just...it's high school all over again. Not once did I get the schedule I wanted, not once! Those were horrible days, it's a return of the 'you like weird things, nothing will ever work for you' bug, back and biting me in the butt!
